cancellation policy workshops
Unable to attend the workshop? Please let me know timely by sending a DM on Instagram or sending an email to crochetmetw@gmail.com. For cancellations made 48 hours prior to the workshop, a full refund will be provided. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund. Please note that I might not respond straight away - but don't worry, the date and time of your DM or e-mail will be taken into account :) Thank you for your understanding!

Where are the workshops held?
At my cozy apartment! You will be send all the necessary info after you signed up :)
What do I need to bring to the workshop?
Just yourself and a charged phone! Materials (hook plus two skeins of cotton yarn), an absolute beginner-friendly pattern, tea and snacks are all included in the price
What language are the workshops held in?
Most workshops are held in English to cater to international crocheters :) If all participants speak Dutch the workshop will be held in Dutch.
I have never touched a crochet hook in my life. Can I join a crochet workshop?
The beginners workshop are especially designed for people who have never crocheted before! You can do this :) !
Can I book a workshop for a private group?
Absolutely! Simply reach out to me at crochetmetw@gmail.com and I'll be happy to discuss options with you.
Can I gift a workshop to a friend?

Do you accept returns?
All transactions are considered final. I do not offer refunds for products and I am not liable for any issues that may arise during shipping. However, I am always available to address any questions or concerns you may have! Reach out here or send me a DM on Instagram.
Do you work on commission?
Yes! If you have a great idea, reach out to me via Instagram DM or crochetmetw@gmail.com and I'll be happy to discuss colours, design and size with you.
Where do you source your materials?
I try to source my materials locally or second-hand/thrifted as much as I can!
