Welcome to Crochet met W!
process
- All physical and digital items are made and designed in Amsterdam by me, Weera. Given that every physical product is made by hand, there may be minor imperfections. Should you encounter any loose threads, be assured they are all securely fastened; you can simply trim them off. As sustainability is important to me, I strive to source my materials locally or second-hand whenever possible.
workshops
- Workshop registration is confirmed upon payment
- For cancellations made 48 hours prior to the workshop, a full refund will be provided. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund. Please note that I might not respond straight away - but don't worry, the date and time of your DM or e-mail will be taken into account :)
- Workshop will proceed only with a minimum of 3 participants. Crochet met W reserves the right to cancel workshops. Participants will be notified time and refunds or rescheduling options will be provided.

patterns
- all patterns are intended for personal use only. Please do not distribute the pattern without prior consent.
- All finished products made with my patterns are allowed to be sold (with credit to Crochet met W by either tagging @crochet_met_W on Instagram or linking this website crochetmetw.nl), but the pattern itself may not be sold.

ordering and payment
- all orders are subject to availability
- prices listed next to items are in euro’s, incl. btw and excl shipping
- payments are made securely through provided payment methods on my website

returns and refunds
- all transactions are considered final. Crochet met W does not offer refunds for products and I am not liable for any issues that may arise during shipping. However, I am always available to address any questions or concerns you may have. Reach out here or send me a DM on Instagram!
shipping
- For digital patterns: the pattern will be ready for download immediately and a copy of the PDF will be sent to your inbox. Please make sure you fill in the correct email address.
- For physical items: ready-to-order products are typically processed within 3-5 business days (or sooner :)) from the Netherlands. Custom orders are typically made and shipped within 4 (or sooner :)) weeks.
- I ship worldwide. Local pickup in Amsterdam is free and possible!
- Crochet met W is not responsible for packages once they have been shipped or any custom fees or handling costs during shipping.
